| Ink Color –
Black ink is the
standard and there is no extra charge for black ink. Colored ink is also available for an
additional charge ranging from $6.50 to $8.00 depending
on the album.

| Lettering Style (font or type)
–
A complete list of lettering styles
are included for your convenience. We will adjust the size of the type to fit the card
with the length of your message. Unless otherwise noted,
the printer will use their best judgment to make your card look its best with your preferences. |
| Message (verses) –
We encourage
you to use your own creativity in designing your personal message. There are also
wonderful
examples of messages
throughout this web site that you may find preferable. |
| Envelopes
– Unlined envelopes
are included at no charge with your invitation order. Envelopes may be printed with a
return address for a small additional charge. Create a completely coordinated
look, from the invitation to the envelope, with matching type. Colored ink is
available for an additional charge ranging from $6.50
to $8.00 depending on the album. Please specify lettering style when
you order. | ||||
| Lined Inner Envelopes
- Some Invitations
include inner and outer envelopes. Please note that liner colors will not alter the
invitation color. Invitation designs are available only in colors shown. Lined,
un-gummed inner envelopes are available in the colors listed next to each invitation for an
additional charge. Prices shown are for lined inner envelopes when ordered with
invitations. A sample color palette
is included

| Fastick™ Envelopes
- Save time with our Fastick™
envelopes featuring a
convenient, self-adhesive flap. Simply remove the strip, secure and
send. These envelopes keep your invitations and enclosures safely tucked
inside. If a Fastick™
envelope is available with a
particular invitation, it will be indicated on the invitation sample page.

| Timeline
– Your order will be
placed with © Carlson Craft®,
immediately upon final approval from you. The printing process is
typically completed within 2-5 business days, if
items are in stock. Once an order has been placed with the printer
it
cannot be
changed or canceled. | ||||
| Shipping
– Orders are shipped
via UPS ground unless otherwise specified on the order form. Deliveries are usually received
two to seven
business
days
after printing by ground delivery.
Business days are considered Monday - Friday. If you
would prefer upgraded shipping, please indicate 1 or 2 day air.
Please note that upgrading your shipping does
not change production time, only shipping time. Shipping charges, based on the weight of
your order, will be added to the total price of your order. Envelope seals and samples are usually shipped via First Class Mail, which allows up to 14 days for delivery from date of shipping. All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped UPS 2nd Day or Overnight. Please note: We do not ship Internationally which includes Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. | ||||

| Guarantee
– We guarantee the
accuracy of your order, based on the information that is given to
PaperElegance.com™. If PaperElegance.com™ is responsible for the error, we
will expedite your re-printed order ASAP. Any errors from the customer’s order will
be reprinted at posted selling prices and expedited ASAP. Any errors or omissions must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. | ||||
| Online "Invitation
Preview" - We know this is the
latest trend with other online stationery companies, however this does not
give an accurate depiction of your invitation. Each customer's card
is personally and professionally typeset. Our customers deserve
individual professional custom typesetting, not computerized templates, with a
"one a size fits all" quick-print system. | ||||
| Order Outline
– PaperElegance.com™ will e-mail an outline of your
order to you for approval before we place it with
the
printer. A personal stationery consultant will
review your order and assist you with "proper" formatting, wording, etc. | ||||
| Proofs
– A
"proof" can
be made available from Carlson Craft.
Your copy will be
hand typeset by Carlson Craft in the lettering style
chosen, using the space available on the stationery item.
There is an additional charge
of $5.00 for each item.
You will not be able to see the design of the
stationery, however. A
black and white
.PDF file of this will be emailed to you for your approval.
A stationery order with payment in full must be placed
in order to receive a proof from Carlson Craft. Please note that proofs from our printer will add
approximately 48-72 hours to your order. | ||||
| Samples
– We realize some companies offer free samples, however to keep costs as low
as possible for ALL of our customers we must pass this cost on to those
customers who order samples.
(Please
note, samples are blank with the exception of Disney
as they do not allow for blank stock to be shipped.)

| Disclaimers – As shipping
services and stock of our printer are beyond the scope of our control, we
do not guarantee
shipping timelines or the stock quantity of our printer.
Stock issues are very rarely a problem. If an item would be out of stock
