Samples On-Line Order Form

Samples – We realize some companies offer free samples, however to keep costs as low as possible for ALL of our customers we must pass this cost on to those customers who order samples. (Please note, samples are blank with the exception of Disney as they do not allow for blank stock to be shipped.)

	$2.00 each (invitation is one item, enclosure is a second item, etc.)
	$1.70 handling fee (one fee per order of samples)

Complete the order form to include each sample item that you want to order. If your order exceeds 4 different items, feel free to submit an additional order form or call us at 719/282-3302 or you may fax your order to us at 719/282-8352.

A non-printed paper sample will be sent via mail. This allows the customer to "visualize" and "feel" the paper stock texture, thickness, and color. Envelopes are not included.

Samples are shipped via First Class Mail. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
